Are Kind Home Painting Co. and Kind Home Solutions the same thing?
Kind Home Painting Co. has a new look but it is the same great service and quality that our clients have grown to expect from Kind Home Solutions. We do still offer our roofing and holiday lighting services under Kind Home Solutions but keep an eye out for an updated look on that website as well!
How long has Kind Home Painting Co. been in Business?
Kind Home Painting Co. (formerly Kind Home Solutions) has been operating in business since fall of 2017. My how time flies!
Are you family owned and operated locally?
Yes, our founders and owners Michael and Whitney Sutton have operated the company out of Englewood, CO since it was started. We currently offer exterior and interior painting services to the Denver metro area.
Are you fully insured?
Yes! Kind Home Painting Co. is fully insured with both general liability as well as workers comp.
Are your painters subcontracted or W-2 employees?
We currently have both W-2 and subcontracted painters as we make the transition to W-2 employee painters. Rest easy knowing that our subs have been with us for years and are highly experienced and you’ll have a dedicated W-2 project manager to oversee your project. Either way, you’ll be in fantastic hands!
Do you warranty your work?
We our incredibly proud of our work and offer one of the best paint warranties in the business. Both our interior and exterior paint projects will receive a warranty based on the product you select.
Can you help with color selection?
As a client of Kind Home Painting Co. you have access to the expert advice and guidance of our certified color consultants. Choose from a consultation over the phone, via email, or in-person and allow us to support you throughout the color selection process.
What does your exterior paint warranty cover?
We believe in creating paint jobs that will last. Our exterior and interior paint warranty covers all workmanship including bubbling, peeling, cracking, fading, etc. We have a one-of-a-kind, industry leading warranty that we believe is the best in Colorado. Our no-exclusions exterior warranty even covers up to $1,000 worth of hail damage to your paint!
